As part of trying to maintain good health, I tried acupuncture this morning for the first time.
It was definitely a wierd experience.
I didn't know what to expect, even though I knew basically what was going to happen. I didn't feel the needles much at all and while I thought it went a little too long I think it was positive. I was told that I wouldn't notice much change for 24 hours so I'll be interested to see how I feel tomorrow.

Did you have electrified acupuncture or just the needles?
I had the electrified kind when my back got pulled out alignment (stretch your hamstrings kids!), it was ok, but when she was putting the needles in, the first time she managed to hit a nerve directly - very improbable, and extremely painful. She tried again and it was all ok though :)
It was electrified. Definitely felt strange.
How about an update? Think there was any difference?
update: I definitely feel like I've got more energy. I don't think I'll be leaping tall buildings but it's been a good experience so far. I plan to have an other go in about 10 days time.
