Lifehouse, and Jason Wade in particular, seem to always hit the spot. Take this song, From Where You Are for example.
Jason Wade wrote the song for Allstate's Teen Driving Program. Despite having very little radio air-play and not being on any album, the song reached #40 on the Billboard charts.
